succeed more 33 percent that those who made consequences in their heads.
YOU SHOULD CONCERN OVER YOUR PHYSICAL
AND MENTAL HEALTH BEFORE SETTING GOALS:
An ill physical health cannot possess
good mental health or range. A person who is not healthy cannot achieve what he
or she had desire for. You should what being healthy really means? Health means
person should be mentally and physically stable.

irregular sleep timings cannot be the successful goal setter. Your food
consumption and sleeping times should be in alignment.
