It seems distressing if someone leads a life without having any purposes and goals because goals are the source of creating enthusiasm and steadfastness in you. You learn that how to climb over hurdles and go through many phases to achieve the goal.

It is adequate to say goals do not let you being sedentary but efficient. Some researches have been done that estimated what goals are mainly generated in you? It is observed that goals and aims save you from torrents of unconstructive thoughts and prevent you from depression and anxiety.

Many renowned leaders of world like Nelson Mandela marked the goal mandatory because he could not have been succeeded unless he had goals and aims. Constructive goals force you to ponder over the possibilities and get you where you want.

It is not necessary that all have same goals but similarly goals vary like humans. Every person has different goals and aims from each other. However, techniques and tactics of every person to reach their goals may be different or according to their brain rules.

I would like to write Venus William's quote "Don’t focus on the things, you are against for but focus on the goals should be preffered."

Being lazy bogged down the constructive functionalities of your life. If you wandered over streets without having purpose, it would have more chances to victimize of depression and other illness.

YOU SHOULD CONCERN OVER YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH BEFORE SETTING GOALS:

An ill physical health cannot possess good mental health or range. A person who is not healthy cannot achieve what he or she had desire for. You should what being healthy really means? Health means person should be mentally and physically stable.

It is estimated that a person having irregular sleep timings cannot be the successful goal setter. Your food consumption and sleeping times should be in alignment.
