burnouts by cotter; 2013)
It seems nowadays, an emerging
problem of health is among burnouts at workplaces and it causes severe mental
conditions. It is getting worse day by day because our patterns of society let
go the cases unheard.
A person may look normal but he or
she has the symptoms that everyone can notice easily around their social circle
and it is our ethnic responsibility if we see anyone around us having symptoms
like anxiety or depression, we should help them and try to help out them.
"An organizational support may minimize the chances of depression or
anxiety (dr. Rhonda; F.brown, 2011).
The term burnout was first used by
psychologist Herbert Freudenberg to point out where a psychological problem of
stress and anxiety comes from. The effects of burnout at working place are
various and it caused due to divisive management. Research studies show the
stress level may get higher because when it comes to raise salary their
organization policies become irrelevant and organizations authorities has no
way out but to raise salaries of their employees for the prevention of their
healthy lives (Marie, Sain;2017).
In the third world countries the
ratio of burnout cause anxiety is slightly higher than developed countries
because many organizations of developing countries ignore human values, that is
why their employs are being suffered from anxiety or psychological issues.
The disease has sign and symptoms
which are as follows;
1. Consider every day is a bad day.
2. Caring about family and work seems
hopeless.
3. Hopelessness
4. Loss of interest in life
We see sometimes these sign and
symptoms are the consequences of mental illness and the last stage is loss of
interest in life. At workplace if see a person having burnout sign and symptoms
we should take him serious and help him to get rid of this mental illness.
Social support of collogues and
people is very helpful in minimizing the risk of burnouts at workplaces (Katherine;
1990).
